
This blend of Chardonnay, Malvasia Bianca and Muscat Blanc was harvested on the same day and co-fermented (to avoid blending trials) in neutral oak barrels. The native and ambient fermentation combined with 100% neutral oak helps showoff what this odd blend. Delta soils and soft acids makes this one is your perfect lunch wine. Think funky cheese, spicy grilled foods and burritos.
